Kids Knife Skills Class

Discover the 3 most important knives every kitchen should have and how to properly use them.  During this class students will learn the anatomy of a knife, proper knife-handling practices and the cutting techniques for all types of food.  They will practice their skill to prepare two recipes to enjoy at the end of class.

The menu for this class is Pasta Salad and Fruit Pizza.  These recipes will use all gluten free ingredients.
