Our classes are usually 1 ½ – 3 hours long. You’ll be assigned to a workstation set up with the ingredients and equipment needed for your part in creating the recipe in that class. You may work individually or in pairs (depending on the menu) to complete the meal, following the directions from our chef instructors. When the cooking is finished, you’ll sit down to enjoy what you’ve made.
Your ticket includes hands-on instructions from our chefs, including food education and cooking tips.
You’ll enjoy a tasting of all the food prepared in the class, plus a copy of all the recipes, and leftovers to take home.
These classes are held via Zoom allowing participants to join with audio or audio and video. (The audio and video option is highly encouraged.) Our chef instructors will create the recipe and offer food education and cooking tips. Guests are welcome you to unmute and ask questions any time. We have several camera angles allow you to easily follow along. The class is usually 1-1 ½ hours long and your ticket also includes the ingredient and equipment list and recipes.
