Smoothies are a excellent choice for a healthy breakfast and creating smoothie packs makes putting together your smoothie a cinch! In this class you will assemble 20 smoothies packs in 4 different flavors: Blueberry Joy, Ruby Red, Ginger Detox and Tropical Escape. These smoothie packs are made with whole fruits and vegetables that you will simply add a liquid when you’re ready to make it.
This class allows you to have fun prepping these packs in the company of others while Chef Jeanne provides the recipes, sample smoothies and food tips. We’ll be able to accomplish all this in an hour!
Two class options are available depending on your budget needs.
The Full Service class option provides all ingredients, supplies, recipes and includes the class fee.
The Self Service option includes the class fee and provides the shopping list for you to bring all the ingredients to class. (This also means you’ll take home any foods not used in the packs, since these were your groceries from the start.)
This event takes place at Cool Beans Cafe in Medina. Space is limited.
