Gluten Free Baking

Learn how to make delicious gluten free muffins, cookies, bread, pancakes and cookies!
Gluten free grains can be enjoyed in muffins, bread, pancakes and cookies, but require a bit of cooking coaching as they are different from traditional grains. This class will offer tips for working with gluten free flours while participants help create Pumpkin Oatmeal Pancakes, Dinner Rolls, and Two Minute Biscuits to enjoy in class.
All ingredients used will be gluten free, however this class is hosted in a studio kitchen that does prepare gluten items.
