Quick and Easy Meals – Eating healthy doesn’t have to require hours in the kitchen.  This class will teach you how to prepare for 2 meals serving 4 people in just one hour, allowing you to cook them in minimal time for a nutritious and quick meal later in the week.  Create Minestrone Soup, Parmesan Crisps, Spice Rubbed Chicken, Three Bean Salad.

Each participant will prepare 4 servings of each recipe to take home and have for future meals (just think of how easy dinner will be those nights!).  All the recipes for this class are gluten free.

Our Core Series which is all about transitioning to whole foods and the key to making it relevant to your lifestyle.  Learn how to prepare foods for optimal nutrition, create well-balanced meals, explore new foods and flavors to create dishes that are easy to make and taste good.
