We all know how great it feels to laugh! Did you know that laughter improves not only our mental and emotional health, but also our physical health? For example, laughter builds a stronger immune system and improves digestion. In this Lunch & Learn, Christine will share the science of laughter while giving you opportunities to laugh and have fun! You’ll also learn simple techniques to help you bring more laughter and lightheartedness into your life.
