Knife Skills Class

Discover the 3 most important knives every kitchen should have and how to properly use them.  During this class participants will learn the anatomy of a knife, proper knife-handling practices and the cutting techniques for all types of food.  Participants will prepare a few dishes utilizing their new skills and enjoy them in class.

The menu for this class is Tuscan Vegetable Soup and Fruit Pizza.  The ingredients we will use in class are gluten free.
