Chef’s Table Valentine’s Event is a unique dining experience allowing couples to enjoy a 7-course tasting menu paired with wine and mocktails while enjoying music, mingling with guests in a romantic atmosphere for an evening out.   Chef Amanda has carefully procured a menu of which she will provide education to enhance your food knowledge while delighting your taste buds.  Connie with Scout + Cellar Wines will offer education on clean-crafted wines.

Reservations are accepted through Tuesday, February 8 at 12pm.  Register to secure your spot as space is limited!

The menu:

Course One –  Pickled Baby Beets, Herbed Goat Cheese & Candied Kumquats, Scout + Cellar Wine selection

Course Two – Fresh Crudo & Citrus, Bloody Caesar Mocktail

Course Three –  Scallion Ginger Broth, Radish, Lime, Cilantro, Mint, Basil Limeade

Course Four – Seared Scallop, Roasted Mushroom Risotto, Avocado Creme, Scout + Cellar Wine selection

Course Five – Pickle Plate, Sparkling Lemon Water

Course Six – Smoked Duck Breast, Pomegranate Plum Reduction, Parsnip Vanilla Purée, Baby Bok, Scout + Cellar Wine selection

Course Seven – Grapefruit Coconut Panna Cotta Tart, Scout + Cellar Wine selection

All menu items are gluten free.

*IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION***

Registration for this event is a two-step process.  First, purchase your food pairing ticket by completing the information below.  This provides access to the event with food pairing.   A second registration is needed directly through Connie Perney (Independent Wine Consultant with Scout & Cellar).   This secures the wine selections of the event.   The email address provided in this registration will be shared with Connie and she will contact you directly to process the payment.  Wine pairing is $25.

Chef Amanda has over 20 years of professional cooking experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Purposeful Eats.   Her dishes will satisfy and delight the novice to foodie while ensuring that everything made from the kitchen is gluten free or can accommodate other food restrictions.

Scout & Cellar Wines are clean-crafted wines offering quality standards such as grapes grown with no synthetic pesticides, zero added chemicals, additives or sugar, low sulfites, and grown with farming methods that are sustainable, organic and or biodynamic. This event is co-hosted with Scout & Cellar Independent Wine Consultant, Connie Perney. Opportunities to order Scout & Cellar Wines will be presented during this event.
