This workshop will teach the art of lacto-fermentation which is rich in probiotics to nourish your body, boost your immune system, support your gut health and so much more. Chef Jeanne will share the process of creating lacto-fermented foods, offering samples for you to try. A hands-on option to create your own ferment to take home is also available.
This class fee covers instruction only. The hands-on portion to create your own ferment will require the purchase of a fermenting jar, which is an additional cost. Once you are signed up for the class, Chef Jeanne will contact you to discuss the details regarding the hands-on portion.
